Returns & Refunds Policy - Kaos Collective
At Kaos Collective, we take pride in the quality of our products. Please read the
following policy carefully before making a purchase.

Change of Mind
Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges for
change of mind on press-on nails or nail-related products once they have been
opened or used.
Please choose carefully before placing your order.

Faulty or Incorrect Items
In accordance with the Australian Consumer Law, you are entitled to a
replacement, repair, or refund if a product is faulty, damaged, or not as described.
If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving
your order and include:
* Your order number
* A brief description of the issue
* Clear photos of the item and packaging
Once your claim is assessed, we will advise on the next steps, which may include a
replacement or refund.

Conditions for Returns
Where a return is approved:
* Items must be unused, unopened and in original packaging
* Return shipping costs will be covered by Kaos Collective for approved faulty
or incorrect items
We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions

Refunds
Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within 5-10
business days of receiving the returned item or approving the claim. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is confirmed to be faulty or
incorrect.

Sale Items
Sale or promotional items are final sale and are not eligible for returns or refunds
unless deemed faulty under Australian Consumer Law.
